El Mariachi – 4.5 Stars
I went there with a couple of buddies and the minute we got in it seemed like an authentic, self-owned Mexican restaurant. We were seated by a very friendly host and the store owner himself came out and took our orders. I ordered a plate of two beef and one chicken enchilada with rice and beans. The food came out quickly and was surprisingly large for the price of the meal. It was around the range of 8-9 dollars and I had a whopping meal in front of me. The food tasted delicious and as an added bonus my buddy said that the horchata tasted exactly like how his mom used to make it, that’s what I call authentic! Only reason I downgraded it was that the chips and salsa were not complimentary (a small thing I know..) and the waiter only came and asked for refills once the entire time we were there. Other than that, great food, great atmosphere, and I will definitely go again and recommend it to others!
